Relating to driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

Abstract

Creates 24/7 sobriety program. Authorizes court, State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision and local supervisory authorities to require person convicted of driving while under influence of intoxicants four times or more to participate in program as condition of probation, post-prison supervision or parole. Establishes 24/7 Sobriety Program Fund.
